Approach, method and technique

The approach is a way of looking at teaching and learning. It is a theoretical view of what language is and of how it can be learned.

Characteristics:

• It describes the use and taught of a language 
• How people acquire the language
• There are ideas or beliefs of the acquisition of a language.

The method is how to realize the class about activities, roles of teachers and learners, the kind of material and a model of syllabus organization. In few words: it's the practical realization of an approach.

Characteristics:

• Describes the types of activities should be applied
• Describes the role of the student and the teacher 
• The kind of material correct for the activity

The techniques are specifical activities manifested in the classroom that were consistent with a method and therefore wore in.
